25th May 2020

This series was taken at the end of September 2018. We intended to climb Großvenediger (3.666 m) on a free weekend. This peak was supposed to be an easy one to reach, but its' atmosphere was balancing the lack of challenge. Thanks to the perfect weather conditions, we were lucky to hike in flashing sunlight, and able to enjoy the scenic view of those huge massifs of Hohe Tauern, in the Austrian Alps.

I took my Yashica T3 loaded with Kodak Ektar, Kodak and Ilford HP5 which seemed to be the best materials to shoot on. Anyways, I really enjoy this "plain" point and shoot camera to carry with me during climbing trips. It is light, it has fast and sharp lens, and comfortable to use in high altitude conditions.
